Memberships
Memberships roll monthly or yearly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Freezes of up to eight weeks a year are free.
Prices include tax. We give 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Health and safety
Tell your coach about any injury or condition before class. If in doubt, check with a doctor before starting a new training plan.
Follow coach instructions on the floor and put equipment back after use.
Privacy
We use your name, email and phone only to book classes and send updates you asked for. We never sell your data.
